Terms and Conditions
Confidence in Singing aims to provide a safe, informal environment to facilitate confidence boosting and building the skills needed to improve your singing. We cannot guarantee the level of progress made by individual students as this will depend on each student’s current skill and confidence level, their committment to attending all the classes and undertaking to practice outside of the classes.
Bookings: Early booking is recommended with payment in full in advance or a booking deposit. Your place is not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received. The balance of tuition fees is due on the first day of the course. Payment can be made by postal order, cash or by Pay Pal (credit card or pay pal account). A booking can be contacting us by phone or email. It is the participants responsibility to read the course outline and ask any questions they need answered before booking.
Your booking may not be transferred to an alternative date however if for any reason you are unable to attend you may send someone elso to take your place. If you book a workshop/course for several days duration please try to attend all days. Payment in full is required regardless of your attendance.
Cancellations: Refund requests incur an administration fee of €10 and will only be issued on the following basis:
- 14 days notice or more, 100% refund minus administration fee
- 8 days or more, 50% refund minus administration fee
- 7 days or less, no refund
If Confidence in Singing need to cancel a class or course then an alternative date or services such as private lessons of the same value will be given.
Personal Data: Confidence in Singing collects personal data for the purposes of:
- participant enrolment
- determining participant’s level of experience and goals
- confirming attendance at classes
- informing pariticipants of any changes or details of classes
- inviting participants and those who enquire to future classes and events
Personal data will not be shared or used for other purposes without your consent.
We rely on you to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update us in relation to any change in the information provided. Should you wish to update or access your personal data, please contact us.
Photographs of Participants: Photographs of particiants may be taken at events or concerts and published on our website, social media or in promotional materials. In the case of website photographs, participant names will not appear on the website as a caption to the picture. If you wish to have your photograph removed at any time, please contact us.
